3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a zplay88 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules and to use this platform for lawful and permitted purposes only. You agree that you will not:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful purpose under Malaysian law.

- Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing others to access your account.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person; all financial transactions must be conducted in the account holder's name only.
- Spreading false or misleading information, or misusing the platform's customer support system.
- Attempting to access any part of the platform not intended for general users, including admin panels or internal systems.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, and zplay88 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the zplay88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, bank transfers, and supported e-wallets.
- Deposits: Successful deposits are credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Once processed, deposits cannot be reversed.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name only. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
- Identity verification: zplay88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect user accounts.

- Tax responsibilities: Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their use of this platform under applicable Malaysian law.
Zplay88 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by issues on the part of banks or payment providers that are outside our platform's control.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
